Between July 2022 and July 2023, the Barra neighborhood breathed new life thanks to U.R.R.A. – Urban Retraining Roots Arts, an urban regeneration project that combined breakdancing, graffiti, and DJing to enhance public spaces and engage local youth.

The beating heart of the activity was the Via delle Repubbliche Marinare Park, an often-forgotten space transformed into a place of encounter, expression, and growth. But the vibrations didn’t stop there: the Spazio Metamorfosi also hosted workshops and training sessions, creating an urban network of talent and belonging.

🎤 The project culminated with direct involvement in the @thebodyrock festival, where the results of the journey were demonstrated in the form of performances, live art, and pure shared energy.

🌍 Because regeneration doesn’t just mean rebuilding places, but restarting the people who live there.
